Small Scale, Large Heart
Located in a beautifully restored and newly renovated 8,000 square foot historic home, The Midwest Miniatures Museum has started a new chapter in its growth and development – displaying a variety of exhibits and to-scale artisan miniatures hand-crafted with life-like detail and accuracy.
Through the fine art of miniatures, visitors explore a variety of architectural styles, historic periods, and places both real and imaginary.
Bluewater Studio collaborated with r.o.i Design and the museum to engineer, fabricate, and install the exhibit elements, custom vitrines, pedestals, window wall jewel display cases, and internal model lighting to bring the collection to life.
The beautifully designed and well-integrated exhibit elements allow the museum to show these amazing miniatures throughout this elegant space.
The outcome is an exquisite exhibition experience for visitors to engage with and enjoy.
