Hinchliffe Stadium Exhibition

National Historic Landmark

As one of the few remaining facilities that hosted Negro League games, Hinchliffe Stadium is a National Historic Landmark. Over 20 Hall of Famers graced the stadium’s grounds, many of whom played in the Negro Leagues.

The renovation included the creation of the Charles J. Muth Museum of Hinchliffe Stadium, whose exhibits explore the larger historical forces of race, class, and leisure as they played out at Hinchliffe, with a particular focus on the stadium as a site of significance for Negro Leagues baseball.

As primary contract holder for this historic project, Bluewater Studio managed the project team for the development of the exhibitions, providing Design Assist, Exhibit Production, and Installation.
