Alexandria LaunchLabs is a premier life science startup ecosystem, providing full-service laboratory and office space to early-stage life science companies.
Bluewater Studio collaborated with the Perkins&Will Branded Environments team and Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. to activate this innovative, branded space in Cambridge, MA.
The design incorporates a variety of high-end finishes, complex graphic applications, and design elements engineered, prototyped, and built by the Bluewater Studio team.
Features like the hewn wood columns encapsulated in glass wrapped with a multi-layer gradient printed optical clear graphic film bring a sense of modernity into this historic building.
A focal point of this space is an 80-foot long one-of-a-kind custom fabricated, dimensional and multi-faceted feature wall. Highly finished, this feature wall incorporates changeable LED lighting that flows across the space as a nod to Boston’s Charles River.
